Curly Silver Brooch With Three Marks - Bought in Germany

I have this super brooch which is 1" in diameter and just under that wide. I find it charming and would love to know more about it.
With the tube type hinge and long slender pin I believe it may be Victorian. I bought it in Germany and did not realize that the pin itself has three marks.
The three marks are within rectangles. I believe the first may be the letter R and the last the letter Z but the middle one eludes me.
I have selected this category because I find no other marks of this kind in any of the countries I suspected it may be from. Nor in the silverplated forum. I have both searched and researched this for some time now, and I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to learn more. Many thanks.
