Ladle Austria Hungaria

I have been to Pragh (Prague) and bought some silver. Here is a laddle 171gram - good solid quality. Diana head from period 1872 to 1922. diana mark with C for Pragh. Master AP. I have been told that is Alfred Pollack. Is that correct? and can anyone enlighten me regarding him? All information thank you.
