Help with Amsterdam spoon

If I am not completely wrong its an Amsterdam spoon, that's all I found out till now. Who can help with makers mark and date letter. Thanks in advance for your help.

I had to help me myself and found in Elias Voet, Merken van Amsterdamsche Goud- and Silversmeden the following information:
Town: Amsterdam
Makers mark: Otto Knoop,v. Emden (317 c)
Date letter: B in oval shield 1736
