unidentified mark

Does somebody has an answer to the origin on this mark? it's stamped on the pierced border of a small tray.

It is a Dutch silverplate mark.

Tom, Thanks...it makes sense, the fancy filigree border does look Dutch, quite flexible though...made me think it was silver.
