Need conformation on Chinese export mark

I picked this cup up a few weeks ago and I'm fairly certain it's sterling (right weight, feel, smell, etc) with a Chinese export mark, but I thought it best to confirm it with those more knowledgeable than myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.
