Two continental serving pieces with the same hallmarks

I 'm trying to identify the hallmarks and origin of a tray and a small serving piece.
They both have the same mark that resembles an eagle (?). I couldn't find any maker's mark.

Again it belonged to an Italian family.

The 2 items are wrought silver and according to the work they were made in the pre-industrial period [17-18 th century (?)].

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for your quick reply.

It really looks like the emblem/shield of Venice.
However, I was hopping that the little line beneath the hallmark will indicate something about the date of manufacture.

Any additional help will be appreciated.
