American Sterling Mark - Bird in Wreath

This is a mark I can't find. I assume it is circa 1880-1900 American, as the design of the bowl is art nouveau. It has the retailers name, I think, of S E. Caldwell & Co. Phila (philadelphia), and 735.

That is actually an "M" on top of the bird.
