help with finding out marks

hi there
im new to this forum and was after a bit of help with a spoon i found
i have had a look at the marks but carnt make some of them
not knowing a lot about it i thought i would ask
i have put pics on

Welcome to the Forum.

Your spoon was assayed in London in 1796. The maker's were the partnership of George Smith III and William Fearn.
