Unknown mark on a Norwegian Brooch/pin

Hi I'm trying to find out who made this Brooch/pin
can anyone help please?

Your pin is made by Sigurd Homstvedt AS in Bergen. 1936 - 1999.

I've seen this dragon brooch, based on designs found on relics from the Bryggen, Bergen excavations, several times - in both pewter and silver, your piece appears to be pewter. Believe they were sold in the wharf area gift shops; when I looked into the company 3 or 4 years ago, they were still in business, using the same trademark.

I like to add some more little info to dragonflywink Cheryl explanations:
When I saw some days ago for the first time the picture, my impression was the same as Cheryl’s: The broche appears to be made from pewter — a tin-antimony alloy; which doesn’t tarnish, if the contents of tin are of a reliable high level.
It’s a pity that the work isn’t finished — the fin remained in his form of sharp edge.
On the backside of the broche is an inscription visible, as shown in the photo:
»KOPI AV MOTIV FRA 1400 ÅRENE BRYGGEN/BERGEN« Norway
I don’t know Norwegian — so I’ve looked what »google translator« offers:
»A copy of the motif from the years 1400 Bryggen / Bergen, Norway»
1343 the »Hanse« (trade cooperation contract between several German towns) founded her dependency office in Bergen. Their trade and harbour area was called »Tyske Bryggen« = German Bridge (German quayside, or German wharf).
So the broche front side show a modern interpretation of a 14 century theme of that »Tyske Bryggen« area.
