sterling silver 8 inch bracelet with english hallmarks

This is a 8 inch long sterling silver bracelet with english hallmarks. One of the marks is a DL with a small d next to it along with the lion and typical hallmarks from England. It's a contemporary piece. Can anyone enlighten me on who made this?
