Can you help me identify Navajo hand hammered bracelet markings??

Hello and welcome to the forum.

The top mark was used by the Hopi Arts & Crafts Cooperative Guild.

Believe the crossed arrows mark was used by Wally Sekayumptewa, active from 1948 to 1967.
