Which maker used the mark B2V* ?

Dear forum,
I own a set of tea spoons., cake forks and a cakeserver. The yearletter is a crowned N, which indicates juli to december 1948. The letter of the essay office is polished away so that I don't know. The cakeserver is the only fully marked item, the spoons are just marked woth the "sword" and the makers mark B2V*.
Who can help me to identify the makers mark?
Thank you in advance,
Niek van Wijk
