Prague tablespoon 1810-1813

Can someone tell me how I can find out about the maker of this Prague tablespoon? There are three marks on it. The maker's mark is a monogram of script letters, maybe A Br, the quality mark is for 13-lotig silver in Prague 1807-1813, and the general assay mark is for Prague 1810-1824. So Prague 1810-1813, that's all I've been able to find out. It would be nice to know who the maker was.
