NEED HELP with Hallmarks EAGLE LION Other OLD Coin Silver

Can someone tell me the maker of this coin silver gravy boat? I have attached a picture of the maker's hallmarks. The first hallmark looks like a horse, the second hallmark is an eagle, and the third hallmark is a standing lion.
