Gdansk silver???

Hello
Can you help me with this silver, I think it is Gdansk but I am not sure the maker or the time o creation.

to me it looks more like Hanau pseudomarks.

Sorry it took me so long to remember where I saw that H mark.
Here is a scan from this Dutch site:

Of course these are clearly dutch pseudo marks, no question about that. The typical H is often attributed to Hooykaas.But in this case there even is an upside down H13 the makers mark from H Hooykaas between 1875 and 1924 upfront.

I believe again not H13 for Hooijkaas but for Philip Hovingh, Dutch city of Nieuwe Pekela, registered 1832/1851
