Hello
Most often I'm really happy if I could find out the town, assayer and producer between 1500-2003.
But if this object has only this mark, and no Portuguese fineness and other marks, then I must state: It's Plated
Sorry, actually I haven't any knowledge of Portuguese companies producing »Plated« items.
Maybe yours question remain long time not solved?
Kind regards silverport

Looks like "MADE IN PORTUGAL" to me too. Corbell has been based in the U.S. for almost 60 years and producing items like yours for over 35, their products have always been made in various countries.
