Silver Ring--Resembles Siam, Strange Marks

I found this ring that reminds me a lot of Siamese jewelry I've seen in the past. However, this is marked differently. I apologize for the photos of the marks--they are so tiny that it's hard to get them. One of the marks looks like the Latvian hallmark, except the head is facing to the right instead of up. Otherwise, the mark has a small 3 to the left of the face, and the 875 purity marking on the right. The right-hand mark says "43M1." Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm pretty certain your marks indicate 20th century Russian - this nielo type decoration is also typical of Russia.

I would concur with Neruda on the ring as being Russian. I also think you will find the purity number is 87 not 875 as suggested.
Best wishes, Mike.

Believe that's a pre-1958 Soviet-era mark, the fineness would be indicated as 875.
