French maker marks on foreign (silver) medals

Hello,
I have few medals with French maker marks. Below is a Romanian medal with 2 marks (these appear quite similar to my eye) but both are incomplete as they ran out of room as jump ring is only about 1mm wide (maybe 16 gauge or so). I do know that there were at least 2 verified French makers for Romanian medals prior to early 1920: Kretly and Lemaitre. Perhaps there were others. Does anyone recognize these?
Second one is also on Foreign medal, this time Bulgarian. There is a typical French silver hallmark (boar head) and another mark - I presume maker's mark. It is very similar to marks on medal above. Again, I do know firm of Kretly made many early Bulgarian medals but also some others. Any info would be much appreaciated. Does anyone know if Kretly is still in business (older address: 46 Galerie Montpensier, Palais-Royal).
