spoons-import to Prague

Hello,
i don't know, it is possible to answer my question, but i am interesting for origin of this small spoons set.
From " c AV " (Auslander Waren) mark, it is evident, this spoons were imported to Prague, Austia-Hungaria, between years 1872-1902. But only one other mark is there, M with two dots (" M .. "). I thing, it is maker mark?
So, my question is, can somebody predict this spoons country o origin? I very welcome even only speculations.
Great thanks
M.
