Help with identifying markings

Newbie here, sorry if i'm stepping on toes.
I've scoured this site and others trying to identify the marks on this deep dish. it's 14 1/2" in diameter, about 1 3/4" deep, and 3cm thick at the rim. Weighs about 3 or 4 pounds and appears to be hand hammered. the center figure strikes me as Scandinavian in that the figure appears to be wearing a petticoat under a long dress. The stamping on the left appears to be a backwards "P" and a "T" with an image of a building with steps(?). The stamping on the right appears to be "Sn 95%".
Any help is greatly appreciated!

the rest of the pics are there just hit the "next" or "previous" buttons.
Thanks!
