J.T.I. triple heart hallmark - with photos this time!

I would appreciate any/all help in identifying this necklace. My friend gave it to me and stated she has had it at least 20 years. It was made in Italy, the initials J.T.I. are above the 3 hearts. Thank you in advance for your time and effort. Kelli
