Hello,
Both small marks are the French marks for imported items with a minimum fineness of .800 (except for watches).
The mark is in use since 1st July 1893 (Decree of 29th June 1893). Since 1971 this mark has been struck on all imported articles except watch cases.
Reference : Tardy page 207
Kind regards
Zilver2

Hello Zilver,

many thanks for the information!

Any idea of the maker?

If this is an french import mark, the makers mark isn`t french?! So - where the item comes from?

Regards
Chris
