I am at a loss on this hallmark. This is a four piece tea set. The marks are very abraded. My instinct is that it is continental. Any help is greatly appreciated!

it looks like pseudo-marks from Hanau/Frankfurt around 1900.
The style of the tea set was liked in germany at this time.
