is it russian silver or silver plated
is russian letter and 76 k written and sign of bird on left side as in picture
so as indicated here zolotniki; 62, 72, 74, 76, 82 http://www.925-1000.com/Frussia.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hi,

They are a alloy of copper, nickel and zinc (Mедь/Никель/Цинк). The second part is probably a reference to the price.

Do not ever mix Imperial Russia with the Soviet Union. This is a product of the Soviet Union. As dognose mentioned and the rest is the price. It is a bit difficult to read but I think I read Ц 0р 76к. That means ЦЕНА (PRICE) 0 rubles 76 kopeks
