Siler plaque identification

Hi all, i have a small silver plaque and measures 50mm long by 40mm high and i cannot get a photo of the hallmark direct as its just too small which is in the bottom right and i have done a simplified drawing of it as is the best i could, the makers mark is what it is but not sure but could be AIIO OR AITO, any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.

The "insect" to the left looks very much like a hallmark for Cyprus. Actually it is no insect but an archaic fish. If I'm right, It is made after 1995. 830 is the purity mark for 830/1000 of silver. The mark to the right is the maker's mark or sponsor's mark as they seem to call it nowadays. Each maker's mark is a unique combination of frame and initials. Unfortunately I have no records of Cyprian makers. Try to find the Cyprus Assay Office Registry, you might find the maker АПО (Latin APO) there.
