Hello, I am trying to ID this mark on old SP tray- 3 shields with initials, 2nd shield is an "S", 3rd looks like a "C", and 1st is so worn I can't make it out.

I'm hoping someone may recognize the 3 shield configuration all on its own. Thanks so much!
