My guess is that this is an International Silver Company product, but I can not figure out what this line of silverware was called.



The markings have somewhat faded, so I drew out to the best of my abilities of what appears to be written.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

I've had no luck puting a name to your pattern.

I did find a slightly better image of the symbol to the left of your mark image, I had assumed that this was a copyright symbol, but on closer inspection it is a spiral.



Hopefully in some small way it may be of assistance.
