From the site I was able to gather that this is (I believe) from Birmingham, but I can't find out the maker. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The maker is Gorham http://www.925-1000.com/americansilver_G3.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And the pattern I believe is Etruscan.
