mark TH-17?

Just purchased a necklace with the following marks on the clasp:
Mexico
TH-17
925
The necklace is 22 individual rectangular pieces with swirls on the disks held together with small silver loops. Love the necklace, beautifully crafted just have no idea who made it or when it was made. My guess is 50's or 60's.
Any help would be appreciated.
