My mum’s a registrar and she recently got a promotion so I got her a new ink blotter off the internet. It didn’t say that it was silver in the description but I thought it looked pretty. Now I’ve got it I polished it up a bit and found some hallmarks but can’t find what they mean. I’d like to know what they are so I can tell my mum, any help work be greatly appreciated.

I hope I don't disappoint you too much, but your item is silverplated, the last two letters 'E' 'P', stand for Electro Plate. I dont recognise the maker, but hopefully someone else will.
