Austro-Hungarian hallmark

Hi Everybody,

I'm looking for a hallmark from Austria.

Am I right that the my small box was made in Vienna? Does anybody know about the master who made the box?

maker is unknown because there is no makers mark. The one mark is a tax mark used 1810 to 1824 it looks like an A over TF
the other mark is silver mark. If it is A at top of it - it is Wienna.
the 4 figures is 18X6 for year. In combination with tax mark X must be 1 ie 1816.
The letter on top of this mark look more like H instead of A (wienna) H is Hall (city)
