I have a little spoon. I bought it in the netherlands but I can not recognise these hall Marks... maybe it are pseudo hallmarks I really do not know..

Can someone tell me more about these Marks?

Hard to say this way. The marks are not sharp, but they do not look like pseudomarks to me. Can you post better photo's?
