I have six of these spoons. This is the best example of the marks on them. Let me know if I can provide any more info to help. I know that it's Minerva 950 silver, but I can't find the maker's mark anywhere.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
Not sure, just offering a possibility.
Henri Louis Chenailler, c.1850.

Thanks for the attempt, but I'm pretty sure the initials are v.i.c or v.e.c.
I have another one that most of the stamp is pretty bad, but the "v" is very clear
I'm very new to all this so I appreciate any and all help.

Hi,
The letters of the mark are VeC, standing for veuve Chenailler.
She was the widow of Henri-Louis Chenailler, who died on 11 June 1859.
The widow (veuve) operated from 277 rue Saint-Martin Paris from 1859 till 1862.
Symbol : a rising sun over a star.
Regards
