Marks on a pitcher 2

Sorry for the first posting, had trouble with the pictures. Found this pitcher in my mother's things. We have no idea where or when it was made. Can someone help?

That's a silverplate mark used by Forbes Silver Company.
EPC stands for ElectroPlated Copper.
