Christ from Belgium ; identify marks please ?

Hello
I come again with the wonderful Christ, from Belgium, actually.

It has the hallmark of the maker François Drion, who worked in Liège from 1814 to 1867, I think

On the Christ's left hip there are importation mars for Holland (crowned V) and then for Belgium (gothic E, no clear)

On the other hip, I found two more marks : one is illegible, the othe one looks like an arrowhead mith an M and two dots.

This looks like a maker's mark ; can anyone please help me ientify the maker ?
And now to the real question : is it possible that the actual maker was this "M in an arrow" and that the Belgian importer, Drion, put his own mark afterwards ? or the other way round ?
Or is this totally impossible ?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards
François
