Can anyone tell me more about this? If I looked up the hallmarks correct then it was circa 1856?

Your cream pouer is EPNS or 'Electro Plated Nickel Silver' for more info see ;

No, the crown between E P & N S does not give a solid solution. Sorry. Wait and see maybe, another forum member will give the answer. Good luck.

Hello.
Gaskell & Chambers used a similar set of silverplate marks.
However, I can't say for sure they were the only manufacturer to use them.

The "Made In England" indicates that the item was probably made post 1915
