you are right - this is a fake - from the design to the marks - like most of the often offered Russian Judaica.

Fakes are usually silver because it is easy to handle. The fakers problem is that they don't bother to investigate how the marks should be and in this case the marks are all wrong and imagination as already stated by Zolotnik.
