Swan measureing spoon

Hi, I have this measureing spoon and have been unable to figure out the maker, or if it`s silverplate or sterling, any help would be appericated.ImageImage

mark under the crown is the letters EP and they mean Electro Plate - so it is nut silver but plated.
That I know.

So I guess - the crown (one the single mark) could suggest a Sheffild master.

And back to (semi)facts The marks are of a type called "I whish I was silver" the selwction of marks should make buyer believ that he was buying silver and not plated.
You could check the silverplated section to see i you can find a match.

Thanks for the info on dateing this spoon, according to the chart the spoon was made oct. 27 , 1879. I thought the EP under the crown meant it was electroplated. I am still unable to id the makers mark. I am posting a better picture of the makers mark in hopes somebody might reconize it. Thanks again.Image
