Guad 925 and a "kettle" mark

I am new here, and joined so I could perhaps find out about this makers mark. It says 198 and three dots inside the kettle or jug. Maybe a jug of Mescal? I did not see it here on the site. Thanks

That's an eagle mark, 198 isn't listed in the hallmark book. The GuadMex mark means it was made in Guadalajara. Inlay like this was usually chips of some unknown material set in colored resin.
