Hi friends!

This spoon has 2 marks which I cannot even make out with a loupe. The left side appears to be a woman's head. I am thinking French but cannot find an exact match. Any thoughts as to what the 2nd mark is reading?

So I just came across the Italian mark for 800 silver and it is a match to the first mark! As to my second question, any thoughts on what the second marking could represent?
