Is anyone familiar with this maker's mark?

Hi Everyone,
For several years I've enjoyed using this and other sites to identify silver marks but the one I've pictured here has me stumped. The creamer and sugar are most likely 20th century American patterned after an 18th century style, but I can't find the manufacturer in any references. This mark is reminiscent of a Scottish coat of arms and obviously a bit over the top but the pieces are heavy, quality sterling. This is the first time I've used the forum and any help with identification and possible age of the pieces would be appreciated. Thanks!
