PS Warwick Vase w/Prince of Wales Crests on base

Have an old Vase I picked up in a destroyed Palace (Long story) a few years ago that I would like someone to evaluate. Unable to insert pictures here (?) but it looks identical to the one shown in the link below with a few exceptions;
Has crest identified as the Prince of Wales engraved on each side of the base and stamps from Paul Storr, Sterling, London, 1812 and George III. Any ideas about a register of State gifts to Foriegn Governments that may exist or any ideas on how to Id this?
