Who can help me ?! Interesting and unusual silver ring tested for good quality silver with two hallmarks.Both seem to be russian ...Hard work for me to cath up the hallmrks !

Mind my saying but Soviet Union!? The year is 1997! SU ceased to exist in 1991, it is made in (new) Russia.
