Does anyone recognise these marks found on a c.1890 card case?

Hello Miles,
The style of the pseudo British Sterling mark, the anchor in combination with the 2nd mark; the Pagoda like tiered tower. The fineness of 935, higher as Sterling and the 1st Dutch Standard (934) used 1814-1953, makes me believe we are looking at; Chinese Export Silver Marks/Strait Chinese marks.
Regards,
Oel

Thanks Oel. That's definitely a path worth following.
