Hello everyone!!!

I have a set of spoons and forks that are very detailed and appear to be hand made. The spoons have an "80" stamp and the forks have a "uknown" hallmark to them... I believe the "80" is for coin silver. Tested silver to be 80 to 90%. I am trying to figure out who made them, time period, and any other interesting detail. Here is an image:

A clearer picture of the other mark would help. Once it can be decyphered it can assigned the correct country.

Tried to get a clearer picture but the probelm is the hallmark, just to hard to read. It looks like a griffin maybe
