Need some help identifying the Hallmarks on this bracelet. Also, can you tell me what the carved faces are actually called. Thanks so much.

I see Hecho en Mexico DF around an eagle head with JPR underneath and Sterling 925 Taxco.
It's almost guaranteed to be falsely marked sterling/925. Every one I have seen with an eagle head mark has been made of alpaca, especially the JPR ones. This design is only one of several designs that are routinely falsely marked to fool tourists. It's the most common one, I don't think I have ever found one in this design that was actual solid silver.
Another clue is that it's marked both DF (Distrito Federal aka Mexico City) and Taxco, it wasn't made in 2 separate towns.
