Peruvian Silversmith Help

Trying to find out a little more on this 5 Pc silver Tea and Coffee Service, Purchased in the 1930's, I was told the silversmith was a European transplant to Peru? Seems to be marked haM very heavy and well made set (wt is about 14 pounds).
