PRATA SPAM 90 Mark - Portugual?

This mark is very hard to find any information on. The closest I could do was a Portuguese translation which said it was Silver 90 Spam, and another translation that mentioned coin silver. The item is a European stacking teapot with a Bakelite handle, with creamer and sugar bowl.
