Feint mark Help

Hi I have inhereted a silver spoon from my grandmother. Being enquisitive I have decided to find more about it.
I have searched this site and google but cannot find any clues to date e.t.c. I have photograped the marks but do not have manaul focus so could not get a decent picture. Thanks in advance.
