Need help identifying marks on a spoon!

I recently purchased this spoon from a local antique shop and am interested in knowing a bit more about it.

Can anybody tell me what these marks mean?

The number 486054 is a registration number. This indicates that the design was registered in 1906. This dates the spoon to sometime on or after that date.
